First, a genuine thank you to all the lovely eBay customers who supported us.
The kind ones.
The patient ones.
The ones who actually read instructions and understood what millilitres mean.
You helped us grow in the early days and we appreciate you more than you know.
Now for the announcement.
From 1/12/2025, our eBay shop will officially close.
Not because business is slow.
But because our website sales have exploded and we can no longer subsidise eBay with our own profits.
Our Website Has Been Carrying eBay On Its Back
Every time someone bought Cosmo Canker Powder on eBay, the maths looked like a horror film.
• eBay took a huge bite
• Royal Mail took another bite
• Packaging took a bite
• Postage label fees took a bite
• And the margin that was left could barely buy a packet of crisps
Meanwhile, our website sales were growing so fast they had been covering the losses from eBay.
We reached a point where we asked ourselves a very logical question:
“Why are we feeding eBay with the money our website earns?”
We have outgrown the economics of eBay.
And we refuse to keep pouring premium profits into a platform that gives sellers pennies.

Let us say it honestly.

This decision has nothing to do with you.
