Can I return an item and get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You may return unopened and unused items within 14 days of receiving your order.

For hygiene and animal safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used canker powder, ear mite drops, sprays, or treatments. These products are sealed for health protection and are non-returnable once opened.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

I’ve changed my mind. Can I get a refund?

Yes. If you have changed your mind, you may return unopened items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Once opened or used, products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

If your order was sent with free delivery, we will refund unused and unopened items minus the original postage and packaging costs. Any free gifts included with your order must also be returned, or their value will be deducted from your refund.

Who pays for return postage?

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.
If your order was sent with free delivery, we will refund unused and unopened items minus the original postage and packaging costs. Any free gifts included with your order must also be returned, or their value will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a tracked return service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
