What We’re Not Looking For?

To make sure our collaborations are valuable for both our creators and pet owners, there are a few types of content we’re currently not looking for:

• Unboxing or packaging-focused videos: We take great pride in our packaging, but our products are sent for creators to use, demonstrate and review, rather than simply unbox. We want the focus to be on the product, the pet and its purpose.

• ​

• Gift/freebie-focused content – Our creator programme is intended for people who are genuinely interested in our products and creating useful pet-care content. Products are gifted in exchange for agreed content, rather than being sent as promotional freebies with no content commitment.

• ​

• Foreign-language or AI-generated voiceovers – At present, we’re looking for natural, clear English-speaking content for our UK audience. Please use your own voice rather than AI-generated narration.

• Content with heavy filters, excessive editing or distracting music – We prefer simple, authentic content where the pet, product and genuine experience are the focus.

​

• Content unrelated to the selected product: We want viewers to understand what the product is, why it may be useful and how it is used.

​

You do not need a large following or professional equipment. We’re much more interested in genuine pet owners who can create clear, natural and helpful content.

Our aim is to build long-term relationships with great creators, with opportunities for selected creators to progress from gifted collaborations to paid content partnerships.
