At Cosmo Pet Products, we understand the importance of timely delivery and safe packaging. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure that your pet products reach you in perfect condition. 

Orders are dispatched 6 Days a week. Monday - Saturday (excluding bank holidays). You can expect your order to be dispatched within 24 hours.

​When we dispatch your order you will be sent an email confirmation including tracking details where applicable.

Due to couriers consistently raising delivery prices, we can no longer absorb the full shipping costs while keeping our product prices low.

To help our customers get the best value, we recommend buying in bulk or combining items in one order. It saves on postage and helps us keep prices fair for everyone.

​If you need your item in a hurry, we also provide upgraded shipping options at checkout for faster delivery. Please note that while aim for 24-hour next day delivery, it may take up to two days depending on the time of day order is placed. Rest assured, you will receive tracking information to you updated on your shipment.
