A: We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of purchase, Monday to Friday. Our cut-off on Saturdays is 10:00 AM. Please note that couriers do not collect or sort parcels from Saturday afternoon until Monday morning.
For example, if you place your order at 2 PM on Saturday, we will prepare it within 24 hours, but the courier will collect it on Monday.
Standard delivery: Your order should arrive by Friday of the following week at the latest.
Express delivery: Your order will typically arrive by Tuesday.
