At Cosmo Pet Products, we understand the importance of timely delivery and safe packaging. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure that your pet products reach you in perfect condition.
Orders are dispatched 6 Days a week. Monday - Saturday (excluding bank holidays). You can expect your order to be dispatched within 24 hours.
When we dispatch your order you will be sent an email confirmation including tracking details where applicable.
Due to couriers consistently raising delivery prices, we can no longer absorb the full shipping costs while keeping our product prices low.
To help our customers get the best value, we recommend buying in bulk or combining items in one order. It saves on postage and helps us keep prices fair for everyone.
UK MAINLAND
We offer FREE Tracked Standard Shipping with no minimum spend.
Your shipping is always calculated in the product price, so the price you see is the price you pay.
We use UK couriers including Royal Mail, Evri, Yodel, and InPost.
No surprises, no add-ons, no checkout shocks.
If you need your item in a hurry, we also provide upgraded shipping options at checkout for faster delivery. Please note that while aim for 24-hour next day delivery, it may take up to two days depending on the time of day order is placed. Rest assured, you will receive tracking information to you updated on your shipment.
We ask customers to wait 7 days before contacting us if not delivered. If you need a faster service (24 hour) please choose the correct delivery method at checkout. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee fast delivery when your chosen option is Standard Delivery

We're sorry, but we currently ship within the United Kingdom due to international courier and customs limitations.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
We want you to shop with confidence and understand exactly where you stand with returns and refunds.
Change of mind returns
If you change your mind, you may return unused, unopened and resalable items within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or we have made an error.
Hygiene & safety products
For hygiene and animal health reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on opened or used products, including canker powder, ear mite drops and sprays, unless the item is faulty.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or incorrect items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve this quickly.
Refund processing
Once an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday).
Please allow additional time for funds to appear in your bank or payment provider account.
Free delivery & free gifts
If your order included free delivery, we will refund the value of unused items minus the original postage and packaging costs.
Any free gifts included must also be returned, or their value will be deducted from your refund.
