1. Terms & Conditions

When you browse or buy from us, you’re agreeing to these terms. We do our best to keep the website accurate, prices fair, and information up to date.

If something goes wrong (a courier delay, stock mix-up, or any human hiccup) we’ll sort it quickly and fairly.

Nothing in this policy affects your consumer rights under UK law.

 

2. Our Contract With You

When you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirming it’s been received. That’s not a binding contract yet.

It becomes official once your parcel has been dispatched.

All items remain the property of Cosmo Pet Products until full payment is made.

 

Everything on our website from images to text, and branding belongs to Cosmo Pet Products and can’t be copied or reused without permission.

 

3. Order Security, Recording & Weighing

We take every order seriously. Each one is packed under video recording to ensure every product is included and sealed correctly.

Every parcel is weighed twice. Once in our dispatch area and again at the courier depot before it’s scanned for delivery.

 

This double-checking system protects both you and us, ensuring complete accuracy and transparency.

If you ever believe something might be missing, please contact us right away and we’ll gladly check the packing footage and courier data to make sure everything matches.

Because each parcel is verified by both us and the courier, we can’t accept missing item claims unless supported by courier weight records. This helps us keep things fair for everyone and maintain the honest service we’re proud of.

4. Fighting Scams & Chargebacks (and Protecting Honest Customers)

We know 99% of our customers are genuine, kind, and amazing and we truly appreciate you.

Sadly, a small number of people try to take advantage of small businesses through false “item not received” or “missing product” claims.

To protect everyone, we work directly with Royal Mail, Yodel, and Evri, who provide verified GPS tracking, delivery scans, and weight data.

If something doesn’t look right, we investigate thoroughly using our own dispatch footage and courier records.

In proven cases of fraud, we report the incident straight away to the relevant courier security teams, Action Fraud, and other departments as needed.

These steps aren’t here to intimidate anyone, they’re simply how we keep things fair, protect genuine customers, and ensure UK brands like ours can continue to thrive.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in British Pounds (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change slightly due to courier or supplier cost increases, but once your order is placed, we’ll always honour the price you paid.

If a rare pricing error appears, we’ll contact you before dispatch so you can confirm or cancel your order for a full refund.

6. Stock & Availability

Our products are made in small batches, so stock levels can change quickly.

We only list items that are genuinely available or in production. If something sells out after you order, we’ll contact you promptly and offer:

  • A full refund, or

  • A suitable replacement

Your order confirmation email is just an acknowledgment. The contract starts once we dispatch your parcel.

7. Delivery

We aim to ship orders within 24 hours (Monday–Saturday).

We use Royal Mail, Yodel, Evri or InPost depending on the size and weight of your order, to make sure your paid postage accurately covers the delivery costs and your parcel reaches you safely in the fastest possible way.

Most UK deliveries arrive within 3 -4 working days, though delays can happen.

Once your parcel leaves us, it’s in the courier’s care. If delays or losses occur, we’ll help investigate and support you, but we can’t immediately refund or replace items still being traced by the courier.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

Changed your mind? No problem. You can cancel within 14 working days of receiving your order. No explanation needed. Refunds are processed within 7 days once we confirm the cancellation or return.

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, email contact@canker.co.uk with your order number and photos. We handle all cases fairly and quickly. No scripts, no robots, just real people.

9. Privacy & Safety

We only collect the details needed to process your order - name, address, email, and payment info.

We never sell or share your data with third parties. Everything is stored securely and processed under UK GDPR guidelines.
